Vacancies

We are looking for people who can support us in helping survivors. We have included some of the core tasks in a job description, but not everything. If you have a talent and think you can use it, please let us know. Good to know: given the risks and complexities of working with and for survivors, we have a careful selection process that takes time. And: it is voluntary work.

Network friends

A survivor of satanic ritual abuse still trapped in the cult network needs a strong group of people around him. People who can support practically and with prayer. This could include driving home from work, babysitting children, visiting on difficult nights and praying along on cult nights; but also think of practical things like fixing broken cameras or other things. We are looking for people who persevere and do not give up; who (increasingly want to learn) to understand the enormous battles the survivor has to fight and that moments of relapse in this are almost inevitable.

Host family (week or weekend, weekly or monthly)

We are looking for healthy families with older children (> than 12) who want to be a host family for a survivor of satanic ritual abuse. We are also looking for families who want to host children to support the parents who are struggling their way out of ritual abuse. Sufficient personal emotional maturity and a living relationship with Jesus Christ are important to sustain an intensive journey like this. It involves (after a mutual trial period) a long-term commitment, think of 5 years or more. In addition, everything mentioned in the text about network friend above is also

Trauma counsellors

Friends of Esthers focuses on survivors of satanic ritual abuse who have developed a dissociative identity disorder and who have evidence of ongoing abuse. Lasting escape from the satanic cult is not possible without intensive therapy and a process towards wholeness. The cult keeps a grip on these broken and precious people by splitting them up into parts that do not always know what they are doing. Intensive trauma treatment is needed to break through the memory barriers between the different person segments.

Disseminator of information

We are looking for people who, through their own relationships and social media channels, want to help raise awareness of the terrible reality of satanic ritual abuse. Of course everyone is free to share everything we publish. But if you have a heart for doing this consistently and with attention, we would like to invite you to make yourself known to us. We also want to visualise all the information that is already known and published about SRM or possible related issues. For this we also need people who are willing to invest their time in making this information available to us.

The world of survivors was totally unknown to me. I have great respect for their courage and perseverance when I hear about their bizarre experiences. How vulnerable and special that they want to share this with me personally! I really appreciate that we can open our home for encounters.

Being there unconditionally is the key

I have been touched in my heart by the injustice done to so many; I want to stand for the truth and for God's justice to prevail.

Survivors of SRM need what every human being needs: sincere love, a heart that listens without judgement and lasting connection. Even the deepest parts, those who had to murder and rape, then dare to speak. How many victims will break free from their lifelong slavery if they receive 10 such friends?

It is a privilege to pray for survivors, regularly and at key moments. And also for their families, if they are still in the cult. That is my contribution to their liberation and I experience that in this way I can help God's light to shine on their lives. As a Christian, I thus take my place in God's Kingdom and in the heavenly realms.

What a new, dark world opened up for me in 2020. Too bizarre to be true, until I started to listen and read critically and openly. I now find it a privilege to support therapists and survivors, so that the Light of Jesus overcomes the deep darkness.

I give my hands to help and my heart to love.

It is a privilege to experience a survivor. But it is an even greater privilege to be able to do your modest part to support the survivor to really live.

No one can do it all alone.... That is why I want to mean something for others. My name Tikva means HOPE ... and there is hope for everyone!
